Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Used automotive accessories
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by:

  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Defective product
  • Shipping damage

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an error by AuroDxB.
