All orders placed on AuroDxB are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed during regular business days, excluding weekends and public holidays in the UAE.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Coverage
AuroDxB currently ships exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Method
We partner with trusted logistics providers, including Zambeel, to ensure secure and efficient delivery of your orders.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Order Processing: 2–3 Business Days
- Delivery Time: 4–5 Business Days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–8 Business Days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
AuroDxB offers shipping within the UAE at a flat-rate shipping fee, which will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for eligible orders within the UAE.
Please ensure that the recipient is available at the delivery address with the exact payment amount, where applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
Customers can use the tracking details provided to monitor the status and progress of their shipment.
If you do not receive your tracking information within the expected processing period, please contact our support team.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Since AuroDxB currently ships only within the UAE, customers will not be charged any customs duties or import fees for domestic orders.
